Overview
The overlook is reached by a short paved trail from the parking area off Enderts Beach Road. When skies are clear, the view takes in miles of beach, the Crescent City harbor, and jagged offshore sea stacks. The platform area has three picnic tables, and two interpretive signs cover local history and geology. Parking at the overlook itself holds two vehicles; additional parking and an accessible vault toilet are nearby on Enderts Beach Road.
Know Before You Go
This coastline is within the traditional lands and waters of the Tolowa people. Fog can obscure the view, so clear days and evenings offer the best sightlines. Enderts Beach Road continues south to the trailhead for the Last Chance Section of the California Coastal Trail.
