What to expect
Symbol Bridge is short, about 148 feet, and rated among the least challenging caves. The main path is fairly smooth and walkable upright. Pictographs painted by Native peoples mark the entrance area and are fragile, so do not touch the paintings or any cultural material.
Getting there
The trail to Symbol Bridge and Big Painted is about 0.8 mile one way. A helmet and three light sources are required for the cave, though the rock art sits in the lit entrance.
