Overview
Mount Vision stands 1,282 feet above the peninsula and offers views of much of Point Reyes. On clear days the overlook takes in the Point Reyes Headlands, Drakes Estero, the long sweep of Point Reyes Beach, and the Farallon Islands offshore.
Getting There
Turn onto Mount Vision Road from Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and drive about ten minutes up a winding road through Bishop pine forest to reach the overlook. The road is closed during periods of high fire danger.
